Young Kittens

Have you taken in a young kitten?

In a thorough initial examination, we pay particular attention to possible parasites, among other things, and advise you on the right intervals for your kitten's first deworming treatments. Which vaccinations matter for your cat depends, for example, on whether she's an indoor cat or goes outdoors, whether she'll be travelling abroad with you, or whether boarding stays are planned during holiday periods.

In any case, we'll discuss the necessary core immunisations for your pet with you in detail and put together an individual vaccination plan for your kitten.

Nutrition and Dental Health

Another important factor in keeping your cat healthy is proper feeding. This can look quite different depending on age, breed, current weight, and also living situation (indoor cat or outdoor cat) — we're happy to advise you in detail here too.

Dental health is a particularly important topic, as many cats already suffer from tartar, gum disease or a form of tooth-neck decay at a fairly young age. We also keep suitable therapeutic dry or wet food on hand for sick pets, to optimally support healing and metabolism.

Pregnancy and Multi-Cat Households

Is your cat expecting kittens? We're happy to be there for you and your pet during pregnancy and kitten-rearing, and to answer any questions that come up in this special situation.

Do you already have one or more cats and are planning to take in another? We're happy to advise you on selecting and settling in your pets, and to explain the points you should pay particular attention to.

Senior Wellness

Is your cat slowly becoming a "senior"? Then we offer you a wellness package:

This includes, for example, a blood test with particular attention to the values indicating kidney, liver and thyroid function, a urinalysis, and a blood pressure measurement if needed.

In addition, as cats age — especially before planned surgery — a "heart check" is worthwhile. As part of an examination that includes X-ray, ultrasound and, if needed, an ECG, heart function can be checked precisely. Depending on the result, individual medication can then be prescribed if needed, which often gives your cat many more good years together with you.
