Office Hours

Please call during these times to book an appointment, which can then take place earlier or later in the day.

To avoid waiting times, we see patients by appointment only. Please let us know the number of animals and the reason for the visit when booking. We do our best to keep to scheduled appointment times; however, an unforeseeable emergency may occasionally still cause a wait, and we ask for your understanding in that case. If you're unable to make an appointment, please let us know in good time so we can cancel it.

We're also happy to schedule appointments outside these hours, in particular for plannable examinations or treatments such as vaccinations, dressing changes, more extensive examinations, detailed consultations, or for animals that are especially anxious or difficult to handle.

Special Services

• Ultrasound examinations are mainly scheduled on Tuesday afternoons
• Surgical procedures are available daily
• Endoscopies and procedures requiring anaesthesia (e.g. hip X-rays) require an appointment
• House calls are possible in individual cases, by arrangement

Outside our regular office hours, our answering machine provides information about practices and clinics covering emergency veterinary care.
